Violence and lack of discipline have become major problem in BSU Makurdi. A random sample of 300 adults was selected and these adults were asked if they favor giving more freedom to lecturers to punish student for lack of discipline and violence. The two way classification of responses of the adult is presented in the table below:

Hence, calculated value is 8.24 less than the tabulated value 9.210 we accept HO
